Features
- Expect a response within 12 hours of opening a new ticket.
- Authorise other members to view and create tickets on your account.
- Resolve tickets through the ticket system, instant messaging or phone.
Terms
During public beta, symphony team may at anytime remove or edit tickets. After 8 December 2009, all free open tickets may be removed. However, effort will be made to ensure the support experience is—within reason—as authentic as possible.
Ticketed support covers: installation, extension, core system and XSLT template issues.
It does not cover feature requests, help with project implementation or general web development advice. For project development help, please consult our custom development service.
Each ticket approximates to one hour of our time. However, we won't enforce this unless an issue takes significantly longer than an hour. We will notify the ticket holder ahead of time if this occurs.
Ticket response time experience delays during major holidays.
Critical Symphony bugs identified during a ticketed support will be raised for a priority update. Non-critical Symphony bugs identified will be logged on the issue tracker.
