Textmate + ProjectPlus + Git Bundle = FTW :)

As Git is a relatively new versioning system there are still a lack of decent GUI's around, here is an article which lists some for OSX which I hope will some of us out http://theappleblog.com/2009/03/10/using-git-with-os-x-6-tools-to-get-you-up-and-running/
If anyone else has some tools to add, plug away!
