Fatal error after install from ensemble 2.2.1

See attachment. I upgraded from 2.2 to 2.2.1 on local dev, created an ensemble and after installing on stage server I get this eror.

~~I have no idea where does this error come from.~~ Please advise.

Update: Session table sql from install.sql generated by Export Ensemble is missing. Perhaps it's a bug of this extension.
