Do you get any errors? A blank white page masking the real error? Anything in your Symphony or Apache logs? Is it CMYK or RGB? How big is it? Have you tried a smaller version? What are your JIT parameters? Is it just this image, no others?

The image has a color profile.

It's CMYK, see the thread.
Short term fix? Open it in Photoshop (or anything), change it to RGB, resave, reupload.
