Symphony.

No idea why this happened. I just added a checkbox to the section, then re-saved every entry and everything in the Textarea field I had disappeared. Can’t retype it either (not that I want to for every entry…)

Any idea why? Thanks in advance.

Anybody? I’m not sure what do after losing 60 entries worth of content.

This is very strange. Did you go through and save each entry manually via its form? Do you know if the data’s still in the DB? If it’s not, I suspect something went awry during your re-saving and you were actually saving blank textareas. Could have been an extension problem or even a browser or server problem. If the data’s still in the DB, though, then perhaps there’s just an extension acting up.

You’ll have to provide more details like your server environment, Symphony version and extensions info, browser version, and so forth if we’re going to figure out what happened.

Yeah I saved each entry manually.

I’m not familiar with the database structure. I tried to go into and look, but couldn’t find it.

http://patrickyan.net/phpinfo.php is my server info. I believe I am using Symphony 2.0.6 (from the config file). I’m also running the latest Safari.

Just encountered the same issue here.. multiple TinyMCE text area instances on the same section seemed to work before, but now every text area bar one is empty. Is there any documented history of bugs in 2.0.4 or later with this issue?
