How can I change the order of the Navigation Bar dropdowns?

I am creating Navigation Groups as and when I need them, yet I need to reorder them to make them more useable, ie, all my settings groups need to be last in the list, while daily content groups at the left hand side.

How can I go about doing this?

You just have to order your sections. The first section in a navigation group defines the position of that navigation group.
