I’ve found that if you add a single quote to a page’s title on the backend, it throws a MySQL error. It would be nice if the red warning came up around a page title when that happens to let the user know what’s going on. It took me a while to figure it out.

I can’t reproduce this error. I have just named a page

This isn't good

and nothing threw an error. The page automatically named it’s url handle to

this-isnt-good

What version are you running, and can you do a screenshot of your page editor?

If you are on 2.0.7 this will occur. This commit fixes it, or alternatively, checkout out a copy of 2.0.8RC1

I can not reproduce this on my slightly patched version of 2.0.7.

@brendo: the commit you linked to has to do with section names, not with page titles!
