ended up just using html email filter extension

How do I send mail with a regular event to a member/s in frontend membership?
Ive got a contact form I want to be able to contact 1 or more members at a time with a check box select, i understand how to make the form however the send-mail(recipients) only accepts symphony logins not membership logins.
