As I have mentioned before, I really like Symphony and have set myself the goal of learning it. I am very hesitant at the moment to use it on any real jobs because of my lack on working knowledge. All the web jobs I have at the moment are fast pace and don’t allow any room for error :(

Since it is fairly new, there are not as many tutorials out there. SO as a side project I have set myself the goal of trying to recreate a pretty “large” site for the purposes of experiencing and tackling some of the more common and difficult tasks.

The above link seems to be a good candidate (not one of my designs.)

I also hope that if done successfully it might make for a good case study or tutorial etc..

I don’t mind doing the leg work etc. However if there is anyone who wants to or can help out with how to do certain parts that would be great.

Questions are always welcome on the Symphony forum :)

Ok sounds good. I trying to learn as much as I can on XSLT first, seems like I am getting lost in what to do with data once it is delivered to the pages. When to use, apply, match, value of, for each, I have read up on them, just need to learn when to use them.

Thanks :)
