Is there a way to move entries from one section to another? i.e have 2 identical sections setup and from the with selected drop down.. be able to move entries into the resulting section..

It’s for archive purposes.. and it’s probably the wrong way to think about it but I want to clean up the admin for a section to only present entries that have not been labeled with archive or after an ending date field has been reached it receives an event that activates an archive checkbox and the entries aren’t visible until I visit the archive page admin or use some other method of retrieval which isn’t cumbersome!

Perhaps this extension might help with searching/filtering of data? At least as an interim solution?

Yes I am using this to allow client to sort entries.. was wondering if it could be set to exlude the display of entries that has an archive checkbox (checked) as a preset upon logging in to admin area!
