I’m assuming there is a simple solution to this, but I can’t find it. I recently installed Symphony with no workspace, intending to just do my own thing. But some of the things I’m trying to do rely on event.login.php, which didn’t get installed.

I can’t figure out how to install it, then. FTP won’t easily let me upload the file to where it belongs, so I’m assuming it might be harmful to force my way in there. So what do I do?

Thanks for the help.

When you installed Symphony without workspace folder, the system should have created an “empty” one for you (it just contains all needed folders). Take your event.login.php and upload it /workspace/events/. If you are not able to upload to this folder, you have to correct the folder permissions.

Thanks for clarifying. I have had bad experiences uploading files to places without making corresponding changes in the db or something, so I just wanted to confirm that was ok to do.

I don’t understand events very well. Are there any documents pertaining to this you could point me to?

Thanks again.

Thank you. Sorry for not looking there first.
