Symphony.

Hi i founded website LINK where on the pictures are new functionality in symphony cms admin system, structure, campfire, settings. But when i installed system on my hosting server, i not see these elements,this is authors options, or developer system, or i must installing any plugins, modules?

The tutorial on Stephen Bau’s site refers to an older version of Symphony (1.7). The current download (2.0.6) contains a lot of updates and changes. Have a look at the Learn section of this website for further information.

That article is dated 2006, the CMS has changed a fair amount since then I guess!! Don’t be put off, the back-end interface is simple but that’s one of it’s many strengths.

No unnecessary fluff (wordpress, I’m looking at you).

I know, I know. It’s time to update those old resources, or at least be more explicit that they are specific to Symphony 1.7. At the moment, I’m in the process of updating that old site to Symphony 2.0.
