Anybody else using Shaun Inman’s Fever app?

Fever

It’s pretty sweet, I’m also wondering if we could pull in the data through Symphony?

Have it and love it.

I’ve been subscribing to feeds like a madman to help with the Hot items. I wish it had a desktop component, though. Web apps can be sluggish.

I hope he adds the option for plug-ins like in Mint. I would love a “Add to Delicious” and “Read it Later” buttons. I’d also like to syndicate my “saved” items or make a “shared” items list.

I think it has some potential. At least it might make NetNewsWire add similar features.

Well the point I suppose is to do away with NetNewsWire, and there is Read it Later button, it’s the plus icon.

It is cool though, the way the hot items bubble to the top.

I meant this Read it Later: http://readitlaterlist.com/.

I still prefer Google Reader. Works like a treat when you build a Fluid instance. All you need to do is “share items” and subscribe to it, allowing you to pull into Symphony.

For Google Reader I can recommend the Firefox plugin Feedly.

@MrBlank, Yeah I see what you mean, but Fever has that feature pretty much. Would prefer to keep my apps down to a minimum if I can.

@Fazal, Does Google Reader have hot feeds? Because it’s pretty good code to do what Shaun is doing.
