Since this was posted more than 2 weeks ago, and was no followed up, it has been closed. Should it still be a problem, please open a new issue and post as much information as possible.

This occurs with strict error reporting turned on at the server level. The event appears to complete successfully, but I get the error handler page rather than the page requested by the event.
